How early is breakfast?

I will be staying at the BCV with DH, DD4 and DS2 in March. Both my kids are early risers, usually up by 6. Do all the resort restaurants open at the same time in the morning? I would love to visit Boma, or Kona Cafe, but I don't want to lose valuable rope drop time at the parks. I know just getting to the other resorts can take awhile on the bus, if the buses even run that early. Can anyone tell me their experiences early in the day or offer some suggestions? Thanks!

On our last stay at Dixie a couple of weeks ago, Boatwright's Dining Hall openned at 7:00 AM allowing us plenty of time to catch the bus around 8:00 AM and be at MK by 8:20 AM to get a prime spot in line for the "rope drop"/openning. I imagine most restraurants open pretty close to that time, but would imagine between 7:00 and 7:30.
