Yay! We just signed our Letter of Agreement and sent in our deposit. Now I am in daily summit meetings with Richard over what is and what isn't "tacky." This is a man who decorates his house with dragons and shields but balks at any flower color other than white. He is harmless-just clueless.
So, what now? More waiting?
