Then let's laugh at some of the faces the crowd made. Yes, it hit the camera.

Ha ha ha!

Actually, it WAS a Nikon! Nikon D3S camera, with a 24-70 mm lens and a shutter speed of 1/1000 of a second. Here's the link (http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/golf/article-1317267/RYDER-CUP-2010-The-moment-Tiger-Woodss-challenge-Celtic-Manor-halted--photographer.html) for more info.

the photo isnt altered at all? Dont the security usually clear the path that the ball is going to be shot, how in the world did a photographer get right in the path of the shot? Then again maybe Tiger is that bad now. Non the less, that poor camera, if it is real

The story is true. A previous poster posted a link to the story.

Basically Tiger screwed up his shot which sent the ball in the wrong direction.

I know, I looked at it for several minutes until I noted the position of Tiger's feet. Really bad slice, should have gone to the right of photo.

I doubt the photog hurried off because he thought he interfered, I think he rushed off to upload the shot of the day and check his rig.

According to the story, Tiger blew the shot. Look at his feet, he's not lining up so that the camera should be in the flight path of the ball.

There is no safe place on a golf course. LOL

I've been out to Colonial here a time or two and am always surprised at how generally relaxed the rules are at a PGA tournament as far as where you can stand.

That is crazy....crazy funny. I didn't go to the article. Is the person ok? It looks like a wedge Tiger is holding but still that had to hurt.

When so many women are mad at you things like this happen I guess. :lmao:
