DVC Ownership Benefits

What are the benefits for being a DVC Owner as far as purchasing tickets? Do you receive a 10% discount on all tickets? Or is the discount only available on the UPH passes? Sorry for all of the questions.

Here is the situation:
My husband and I have APs. My two sisters do not have any tickets. My mother is a DVC owner and has offered to use her discount to buy their passes. Will this work? Thank you in advance for your assistance.

The only discount is on the LOS/UPH pass (10%). Your mother will also have to be on the trip with your sisters and staying with them in a DVC resort using points.

We prefer the DISNEY CLUB discount on the Hopper because we DON'T get to the parks on every day of our stays:) :) :) . At least with the hopper we can save days to be used during our subsequent trips;) ;) ...........

I agree with EROS use the DC to buy the ParkHopper passes. We buy AP's but when we take the family we buy the Park Hopper with DC discount.

We also use our Disney Club Card discount to purchase Park Hopper Plus passes. We don't go to the parks every day so a 7 day Plus 4 will last us a couple of trips.

Thanks for the info. We are not interested in buying the UPH since they are planning on taking a day or two off from the parks. I didn't think my mother would be able to get them a discount on their 6-Day tickets, but I needed to check with the experts here! Again, thanks!
