FYI...Freq Flyer Miles and HRH

After a conversation with HRH about my trip, I was told that even though i booked thru AA and because the room was at a discounted rate, i would not be entitled to any freq flyer miles, but i could get my loews perk...it really didn't matter in this case, but I thought I would pass on the info, 'cause loews do advertise frequent flyer miles.:D

I've found that most of the hotel programs don't credit discount rooms. The Hyatt would not credit us once because we booked a pre-paid "package" with a travel agent.

These programs are very confusing at times...:confused: When I stayed at the Hyatt through a pre-packaged vacation, and I got my miles and Hyatt passport perks...If's almost as if it depends on which way the wind is blowin' as to what you may be entitled too!:rolleyes:
