My mom made my niece this beautiful dress it's Alice in Wonderland esque I love that she has blonde hair just like Alice. So cute.

It was a little difficult to get her to stand by the mirror for more than one second but it was too perfect I needed this 'through the looking glass' shot. With the help of my sister AND brother we got her to stand still for a little while. :rotfl:

I really like your Alice shot as well as the second to last of the frozen treat shots. They just look composed and nearly professional.

The only suggestion would have been some sort of lighting to highlight her face in the Alice shot. Not a flash, but some soft lighting. That would have been difficult to get though.

actually based on the bright spot on the wall a simple piece of foamcore used to bounce that light would have been perfect

I think you did a great job on all your pictures. Your niece & nephew & friend's little girl were all really cute, and you captured their expressions very well.

I played with your Alice picture, and thought I could add some things to make it a bit more creative, especially since it's a special themed picture.

A couple things I did using Photoshop:

I removed the poster of the cats and the shoes from the background - My eyes were drawn to them, and I thought they were distracting from the main subject of the photo.
I brightened the girl's face using the "Dodge" brush.
I found some images of the Cheshire Cat and White Rabbit, and I added them into the mirror. I also adjusted the opacity of the 2 characters, so they looked slightly transparent. (I even let Cheshire Cat's hand come out of the mirror a little bit)

Overall, it took about 20 minutes total to make these really quick, rough adjustments. I probably wouldn't do it on all my photos...just the really really special ones.

Hope that helps.
