Transportation from the airport

OK-less than 24 hours until we leave and guess what I find out? My daughter's new special needs stroller does NOT fit in the trunk of our car!!! Therefore, it is not going to fit in the trunk of the car of our friend's who were going to pick us up at the airport.

What options do I have to get from the airport to WDW? This stroller is a special needs jogging stroller that is huge. Is my only option using Happy Limo and requesting a van instead of a towncar? Would Mears allow me to bring it on the bus or would they have space for it?

PANIC is setting in! AARRGGHHH! I need a vacation, lol.

Here's some Pixie Dust for a good trip ans a vehicle that fits your stroller.
The regular big Mears buses are like big tour buses. They have space underneath the bus for strollers and suitcases. I don't think your stroller would be a problem there, but getting on the bus involves several steps up.
Mears also has some large vans - I think they are about 12 passenger. They have a large space behind the seat where suitcases fit. I think you stroller might fit there.
In addition, Mears has wheelchair accessible lift or ramp vans that would work. The price is the same as their other options.
I don't know about the options for the other transportation services.
One option might be to go with your stroller to the transportation you want to use, show them how the stroller looks folded and then ask for suggestions.

Thank you so much-the panic is subsiding. I am going to go up to Mears and explain the situation. I can't believe how big this stroller is folded up-I could take it completely apart but it takes a good while to put it back together.

Seven more hours to go. This IS going to be a successful trip!
