We booked our cruise through Costco Travel. I called and asked about a First Time Cruiser credit and they have no idea what I am talking about. Does Disney still offer and how do you get it?

Costco called Disney and they figured it out and gave us a $50 per cabin on board credit. Thanks for all the great tips!
That's great KM !:Pinkbounc :bounce: :Pinkbounc :bounce:

We are first time cruisers who booked through Disney and don't know anything about credits.
I just got off the phone and they didn't know anything about it.
Any suggestions or are we out of luck?

The code is REF and you must call Disney or your TA and have it added to your reservation in advance. It is not combinable with any other credit.

Michelle,
Thanks to wovenwonder's web site www.wovenwonder.com/DCL2002.html , I just got off the phone with DCL after mentioning the REF code suggested in her web site and we received the $50.00 credit.
Thank you

Just called my TA and told her to call Disney and add the $50 credit on for ours as well. We have 2 rooms!
Thank You....... She would call back only if it wasn't available.
Also,, with a TA, I had called and asked them to check the prices again before I paid my final payment and they said they always check (weekly for prices) ya right!, and I asked them to do so anyways, andsure enough I saved myself a couple hundred between the 5 of us! Pays to keep checkin.
