Boy, this thing comes PACKED with extras. Mickey and Minnie topiaries, figures, potted plants, a carriage... Tons of stuff.
It's not an absolutely perfect representation of Cinderella Castle, but it's by far the best one I've seen so far.
Has anyone else ordered one of these? I'm pretty impressed! Thing is, I can't find any directions on putting the lights in or what it does as far as sound and lights go.
Ah well, I'll have fun figuring it out.
I'll post some pictures of it if anyone's interested in what it looks like.

I have one! It's sitting on the top shelf over my desk :)
From Mouseshoppe:
Sound Effects: Press the switch at the base of the clock tower to activate one of four sounds.
Light Effects: Press the switch at the top of the penthouse to turn on the lights, turn the "fireworks" on or illuminate the silhouettes.
Light Effects: Column torches and flower vases light up.
Secret Passages: Twist the two front turrets to reveal secret hideaways and entrances to the Castle.

I'm sorry, I don't know exactly how much it costs. I ordered it by phone and I also got the monorail and the Spaceship Earth at the same time.
That said, I THINK it's about $59. Might be a little more or less.
I looked up the merchandise number on this site and just called down and ordered it. The monorail and SE arrived in about a week. The castle was backordered, but it arrived about a month later (yesterday.)
I'll get some pictures up tonight.

Is it for sale anywhere else around the parks? We never make it to DTD but I want to pick one of these up when we're there to save for my daughters birthday.

I took a ton of pictures in Once Upon a Toy just last week. :) Here is the front and back of the Castle the way they have it set up. I have a lot more pics to share, but I haven't edited them, yet.

Holy cow! I didn't know they made one. I talked myself out of the EPCOT sphere and the Contemporary, but this one is a must!!! Add this to my list for sure!!!

I asked this before.
Where do I get this. How can I start a monorail collection? How much for these things.

I forget how much they all cost. We've had ours for almost two years now, well, the monorail, Contemporary and Spaceship Earth. Now we have to add this. Anyway, I don't remember how much it is, but I'm sure you can find it all on ebay. It may cost a lot more there though, but it'll give you an idea. Or you can just call Disney Merchindise.

OK, I got some pictures. I used my digital camera, so unfortunately there are some really harsh shadows. The lighting in the pictures taken at the DTD store is much nicer. ;)

Here's the Castle straight-on. (It's on the baby's bureau. We're having a baby in two weeks, six days - a planned C-section.) So we're putting the baby's room together. Of course it had to include Disney.
Here's one side of it. (We need more decorations on the walls. It looks so bare!)
Here's the other side, and the carriage.
Here's the view from above. (Pretending I was in the Skyway over Fantasyland, I guess.)
Here you can see how it opens.
The Mickey and Minnie topiaries.
Another side view. you can see where it's hinged and opens.
I didn't get any pictures with all the figures. They were put away, and the baby's room is already really cluttered! When I get it set up for real (with the monorail and Spaceship Earth) I'll break out all the characters.
Hope this helps give an idea of what it's like.

Great pics Billy and Laura!! That is so cool looking I think I need one.....for my DH (and the D is questionable) breaking one of my snow globes when I was on the training cruise last weekend!
20 days till your little one arrives, how exciting, you need to have a countdown in your signature! :)
All the best to the whole family!
