Has anyone esle had any problems emailing member services?
I've tried both members@disneyvacationclub.com and dvc.ms9800@disney.com but both come back with undeliverable messages. I've been trying since the weekend, just want to find out if our 72 point add-on at BCV is registered yet so we can bank the points. We've added-on within ten months of buying our first points and before we've been 'home' :teeth:
A question I have about the 'things included in the rooms' - I'm sure I seen a list of everything that is included in each of the room layouts, but I can't seem to find it anywhere. We're staying in a studio at VWL in (see below!) days and needed to confirm that a hair dryer as well as iron & ironing board will be in the room.

I emailed MS this week to bank points and did not have any trouble.
Our studio at BCV had a hair dryer and an ironing board. I think there is a list in the guidebook. Have a great trip.:D

Something funny definitely going on. I just e-mailed them and instead of the usual DVC automated reply (The one that says we'll get back in 3-days), I got this automated reply instead.
It still said it was from Disney Vacation Club

Caskbill -- That's bizarre. :earseek: :earseek:
I think there is something funky going on. Someone here had trouble logging into the member site this morning. Twice I've gotten "error" pages that worked out okay after I refreshed. Sometimes these things happen when they are updating the site. (Maybe adding info on Sarasota/DI?).
I don't know if it would make any difference, but you could try going into the Member Site and e-mailing through the "E-Mail MS" link they have posted.

just wanted to add that we are doing an add-on already as well. We bought in on our trip down in Jan and are not going back till Jan. So it has been less then 9 months and we are doing an addon.
On your question I don't know. I heard people were having problems with the site today, but when I checked form work I had no problems.
Hopefully they are updating it with info on SaraTOGA (;)) Springs Resort.
