Evaluation Forms In Units?

We just got back from a nice stay at OKW. I love that place!

There were just a few minor things that weren't 100% in our unit, and we wanted to let Disney know. But this was the first time we did NOT receive an evaluation form in our unit. This form asks for feedback on the condition of the unit, the housekeeping, etc.

Does anyone know if they still use the evaluation forms? Or was it just an oversight that we didn't receive one? (LOL - Or maybe they intentionally avoided giving us one since we always fill it out!)

We had one in the unit it September, but had to ask for one in December. There was no problem getting it, and I too always fill them out.

We were surprised not to have one in Our Vero room over Easter Break.

We haven't gotten a survey yet either. We usually get one right after a trip.

However--They got a letter from me and replied via email to our concerns.

We were there 3x in the past year and have not had a comment form in our room. There were a few issues I would've addressed had there been. We have never received a form afterwards either. What's up with that?

We got our eval. form in the mail today!
Filled it out since we ran into several problems on our April trip to Vero. It is ready for tomorrows mail!
