you need to not only have anti-virus software, but just as importantly, keep the updates current.

I get several Klez emails a week, always stopped as they come into Outlook Express, and are either quarantined or deleted before causing a problem. Just an FYI.

Thanks, Dan.
I was the spoofed person (my name ended up in the sent section of these e-mails) in a klez virus go round. I received so many undeliverable messages that it drove me to finally change my e-mail address.
I asked the person who had the virus (yes, I figured it out) to please check if he had it. He refused, claiming his PC was clean....
Well, guess what? Low and behold, 8 weeks later he finally has had the virus cleaned out of his computer.
It's a vicious cycle of harrassment. Annoying, antagonizing and difficult to ascertain where the original virus is coming from....
So keep your virus scans updated and your patches current. And hope for the best.....

I've been getting these alot at work also - we have double coverage - virus software on the server and then also on our individual computers. I agree - very important to keep them updated!!!!
