Power Tools - Saw & Staple Gun

I need to add a couple of more power tools to my collection.

Any recommendations on a saw? I need something to make simple cuts in mouldings & wood shelve type pieces. If it could do miter cuts that would be a plus. Is there something easy to use and not too expensive?

I also need a staple gun. Are they all about the same or is there something I should look for?

I don't know how I managed so long without a drill, that is my favorite!

I think I own at least one of each and every tool ever produced (according to my wife anyway). A quick and easy way to look for tools is to visit Amazon.com. Click on the Tools & Hardware section. You can then search for any tool you wish.

My problem is I look at them all and can see no real difference. :rolleyes: There are so many different ones :confused: I just don't know what to pick.

The guys at Home Depot & Lowes are pretty helpful, I quess it's time for a trip :)
