A huge cracking sound and

I thought my spine had been pushed from my back through to my front. And again, lower down, worse than the first time.

I had my first visit to a chiropracter today. My back had been hurting for a few weeks. It got to the point that I have been on advil continuously the past few days.

He said my vertabrae were rotated in that area and pushing on my rib and that today's adjustment and maybe tomorrow and I will be as good as new (well maybe a little older than that).

Have I just signed up for a life of going to a chiropractor to get realigned like the suspension on my car? I didn't see any snake oil cans around, but you never know.

After about 3 treatments, you will notice great Improvement!;) They should be able to clear it up in about 5 treatments. I know, I LOVE my Chiropracter!:o

My grandfather who is a general surgeon swears they are worthless and cause more grief in the long run but I seem to meet a lot of people who swear by them so who knows. I've considered one but I'm pretty good at cracking my own back for the time being. ;)

My SO used to go to the chiro all the time. He LOVED the shock treatment thing they use. I've never been to a chiro, when I think of shock treatment, makes me glad I've never been.;)

I went for a very long time when i was about 9 or 10 years old because of back problems, and did it ever help!! I havent been for a few years, but im sure i will go again when im older ;) I love my chiropractor!!

My mother went to the "old" school of nursing and didn't believe in chiropractors. I finally convinced her just to try it and she feels so much better now :)

Don't you feel better Harold? The chiropractor has helped alot with my bad back :)

Keep taking the Advil for a couple of more days too. And make up a pitcher of those killer margaritas, I'll be over to have a few myself :teeth:
