I was wondering if there is any charge for the gym equipment? If so, does anyone know how much.

No charge for the fitness equipment.

They have about 10 treadmills, weights, some Cybex machines, a couple of Stairmasters, and a couple of Nordic track type machines.

Tends to get croweded on sea days . . .

They also have a small assortment of free weights and a small room for aerobic classes.
The treadmills overlook the bridge, so you can watch the crew navigate the ship.
One important thing: There are slots allocated for the treadmill, this means you have to put your name on a list for a time you intend to use a treadmill. Then the treadmill is yours for that time. If you don't have such a slot, someone who has one, will have priority over you for the use of the machine.
Take a headphone with you and you can watch TV will doing your cardio workout.
