This coming weekend, for many cities in the U.S., many PBS stations are showing a 1 1/2 hour show about this years Deum Corps International competition. This is the event that I attended in Madison, WI, and was one of the most unbelievable musical experiences of my life.

In Chicago, the show is going to be broadcast this Saturday, at 9:00 PM, on Ch. 11 WTTW, and for the late night DISers, on Sunday, Sept 1st at 2:00 AM.

Here is a link on the DCI website that has cities/times:

The format for this year's broadcast is new, but it should be very exciting. You won't be sorry that you watched this.

Wow. Thanks for the info! I love the drum corp competitions. One of my friends in high school and some of my old babysitters were part of the Phantom Regiment several years ago and I used to go and watch them play and compete. I can't wait to see it this year even its on t.v instead of in person!

Thanks so much for the info. DS went to San Antonio to see DCI in July and loved it. Do I hear that DCI is in WDW next August? Can't wait to check that website!

Just remember the "Big Green Machine" and the "Cavaliers" and you should do fine on the test!
