I've booked a pre-cruise hotel pkg. at CBR. I read on this list that currently Dolphin (deluxe) has a $99 per night pre-cruise rate. CBR is $139 and classed as moderate. If that is the case next January I would like to change to Dolphin Hotel. Does anyone know when this kind of discount is anounced?
