I'm **supposed** to be working, but I'm **not**.
Sometimes it's difficult to look busy. :p
And my patience clock is ticking away. Hope I'm not asleep when it goes off.

As soon as I get done here I am off to shampoo the rugs, UGH!
I would much rather be causing "trouble" on the boards but alas sometimes real life interferes.
Just sign me Still Patiently Waiting.....
@ office.
Will be working on the BadShoe.com flag for DIS CON tonight. It is starting to look good. (I take my invasion plans seriously. Just ask the folks from Barb CON who met us.)
Barb what is the URL for your hobbyshop? That may help things.
Zurg, it's Modellbahnott.com. What are you up to?? I'm curious! ;):)

I live to embarrass my kids. I did a pretty good job Sunday when we went to the Great Lakes Science Center to see the Titanic Exhibit. We were in the Omni-Max Theater when Sue spotted someone that we knew. I yelled out "Hey Marilyn! Shouldn't you be in church???" My daughter just sank into her seat as all 600 people in the theater turned to see who was yelling. When Marilyn replied "Why aren't YOU in church?", I told her (and the other 600 or so folks there) that I had brought my dad along and that he was a retired preacher, so I was covered. :)
Just wait til my kids start dating. :earseek:

Are you guys picking on my friend Bill??? Barb's Bill??? im possible!!! He's the only one who never picks on Glo!!!! ROFLMBO;)
OMG Debbie!! ROTFLMBO!!!!!!! That had to top my embarrassing moments this summer!! Notice I said my moments. Bil doesn't get embarrassed, he just keeps putting his foot in his mouth over and over and over again.
Here's the story in a nutshell: we were at John's house for the DIS Memorial Day picnic. I let Bill out of my sight for a while. (big mistake) Evidently, Pembo (pregnant at the time) and her DH walked in. Bill made some chitchat about her being pregnant and then says to her DH "do you know who the father is?" (first ack!!!) Her DH says (with a not so pleasant look on hie face) "I certainly hope so" or something to that effect. (second ack!!) A bit later in the day BIll is relaying this story to Debbie (Epkotkilterfan) and she informs him that Pembo's DH is a minister!!!!!!!!!!!!! (the third and final ACK!!!!!!! and it'a biggie) ::thud:: Now its time for my for a thud moment!! We have those a lot around here. ;) :D
Ray, my husband Bill has a knack for saying the most embarassing things-as you can see by anyone that's met him. :teeth:

Barb - your DH says the kind of things I say! ;) When I was expecting my first child, my DH and I were eating a meal with his parents. Without thinking I said, "How would you feel about a black grandchild?"   Talk about ACK!!! They were NOT amused!
