I have been trying to come up with some ideas for a way to keep us out and using our cameras and have come up with a couple of ideas of the alphabetical related hunt and really like the idea of photographing items that start with the letter of the month, but trying to figure a way of organizing it. Had a couple of ideas that I would like opinions on. :

1. We could set it up where You take photos of as many items as you can for that letter (quality pics though not just quantity... I don't mean perfect ((after all look at My pics can't be dq'ing myself can I?:lmao:)) but like the effort put into the scavenger hunt ones..
or

2. can pick a category to go with the letter to further narrow it down such as a different category each week of the month with the subjects beginning with which ever letter ( EX... Sept. week 1... animals... and people post the pics that fit that category..)

In either case I think it should be where the pictures were taken during that time period instead of posting pics from our archives, past shoots

I would love any ideas/opinions good or bad on this

Both ideas sound fun.

think I we will try the second one out and see what kind of response we get, will work up the post and put it up some time tomorrow if time allows.

I figure that the best way to do it will be to let whoever gets the most items will get to choose the next topic.
(varied not a hundred of the same item... in other words say the topic is architecture then once you shoot one steeple, no more steeples unless you want to replace your previous one... but everyone else is welcome to post their own steeple shot.. make sense?)

LOL of course ... I hope to keep it on the light side, and I thoroughly enjoyed your category stretches...
