Handi Stitch -- Anyone have one?

And I don't mean the Disney Lilo & Stitch! ;)
What do you think of the Handi Stitch (hand held sewing machine). Doesn't seem like it would have enough power behind it to really sew.

I really need one because I also try to pick up my entire full size sewing machine to sew my curtains still hanging on the rod. :rolleyes:
