there is a new recording and I pushed the button to modify my ressie and it had me input my ressie #.....??
so they are making some changes to CRO/WDTC???:rolleyes:

Now, did they ask you for the reservation # when you got a real person on the line...or did they actually have the number, and were ready to do what you needed done????

I "punched in my ressie", only to have to repeat it once I got a human on the line. No biggie, I am sure they are trying to iron out all of the quirks.

Many businesses have that -- where you punch in your number, then only have to repeat it again once a live person comes on. I have yet to have anyone know my number from what I punched in.
I have asked a couple places why they have customers punch in their number. I have always been told it is their way of routing the calls to certain areas within the company, but the information is not passed on to them.

Not only did I have to punch in our ressie number BUT my phone number too! Then I still had to tell them. Reminds me of that Seinfeld where Kramer does the movie info on his phone:teeth:
"Why don't you just TELL me what your number is"!:teeth:
Anyway, This will cost me more in the long run as it is time consuming to input that info:rolleyes: !

I've noticed that it also asks you how many nights you are looking to stay and if you want a luxury/suite/concierge room or a regular room.

I have been told that they are making some technical system changes and as time goes on when all of the agents are trained that after you enter your information (reservation number, etc) that it will appear on their terminal at the same time that you are connected with the agent.
