There were coupons in my Sunday paper for .65/2 Velveeta Shells & Cheese. Even sweeter. Also, I found the forms at my SuperWalmart for the cash card.

Has anyone been able to find the forms? They aren't in our local grocery store of our local Citgo. I checked Kraft and Citgo website and was unable to locate the forms just the info.

If you have extra I would be happy to send you and sass envelope to send to me.
