Anyone stayed at "Great Family Vacation Rental" homes?

My parents just reserved a vacation home through "Great Family Vacation Rentals". They have a dog that will be going with them, so they can't stay on-site. Has anyone stay here and what was it like? I don't have many details except that they have a 3 bedroom vacation home.

Now, I'm trying to decide if we (me and my three children) should stay with them or stay at AsMu.

Stay at the house! :) Vacation homes are beautiful and should be closer than 15 minutes door to gate of Disney parks. I love being in a home because of the space, the full kitchen and laundry room, the private pool, and the cost. Think of the memories with Grandma and Grandpa. And if your kids are little, they can babysit while you go out for a night on the town!

The rental agency should be okay although I've never dealt with them. There are tons of agencies that rent and maintain the homes for their owners. After renting a vacation home near Disney we'll never go back to a single, cramped hotel room. We got spoiled! :)

Maybe someone else here has heard of that agency. If not, contact the BBB in Orlando and see if they have anything on them.
