I know that not all BC rooms do, but am curious about YC.

I was told that they all do - that is why I booked YC and not BC.

No actually there is a couple (maybe) 2 or 3 that have a step out you really have to study the outside of the building to find them. saw it from the sidewalk / gang plank walkway in front near the boat marnia. look closely. Now these where waterview, I never really studied the std. view side so don't know for sure but we were very surprised too. ;)
