I agree that its something painted up like the Hudson Hornet. But I'm going to guess its a tricked out autopia car rather than a stock car.

Something from the Richard Petty Experience?

This is "THE" Hudson Hornet from Disney. It was the center piece display feature at an autocross event in a local airport.

The car builder has a rep there shown us all the photos and documentation of the vehicle. The photo included Paul Newman sat inside with Owen Wilson, Bonnie Hunt and John Lasseter in front of the vehicle for promotion. They let me climb all over the vehicle to take pictures except going inside and sat in the vehicle.

The vehicle is an original 1952 Hudson stock car from Richard Petty Enterprise. Everything in the vehicle are 100% real. It was such a joy to get so up close and personal with "Doc". I don't believe I ever saw this in any of the Disney parade or even display in Hollywood Studio with Lighting McQueen & Mater.

Very cool. I wonder if this will make it to DCA for Cars Land.
