picked up the newspaper and happened to read the obits.

an attorney I used to work with died suddenly late last week. he was 44, had a wife a two daughters, age 10 and 9.

I'm stunned.

Kind of scary, isn't it? We never know if we will have tomorrow. I try to live each day remembering that :(

They're getting younger and younger, aren't they. :(

My FIL died of a heart attack at the age of 48 and left 4 kids still living at home. My MIL was a widow at the age of 44.

You gotta figure a lot has to do with stressful living.

Sorry to read about your friend's passing:( . LIFE is indeed so fragile.

Just think........if you were to lose SEVERAL of your friends........out of nowhere..........every WEEK.....your faith would be challenged....

Went to the funeral of a 49 year old friend on Monday who died of renal cancer 3 months after being diagnosed. The youngest of her 5 children is starting college next week. She had 4 grandchildren with 2 more on the way. :(
