AHHHHHHHHHH.. what am I going to watch late at night now :( I love all thoes old shows!

There is one way that I would consider this to be EXCELLENT, and that's if they're making a Vault Disney Channel like Toon Disney.
Since I doubt that's in the works, I'm very disappointed to hear this. :( :( :( Vault Disney was just about the only good thing on the Disney Channel any more. :(

That is so sad. Those shows made me smile. I hope they do not put on more reruns od "So Wierd" and "Jett Jackson" and the others. I loved the older stuff {{SIGH}}
I am another one who loves those late night Vault Disney shows!! That really stinks, I wonder what they are replacing it with :(

I was down a WDW a couple of years ago and caught the Vault Disney show that showcased the opening of Epcot Center, complete with a very young looking Dreamfinder. Even though I rarely turn on the Disney Channel, Vault Disney was one show that I seemed to see when I did tune in. Sad to see it go.

Well, there goes my last reason for watching the Disney Channel. :mad:
Actually I was just thinking last night how it's odd that they only show the old animated shorts during The Ink & Paint Club (which airs at 3am), yet they show Even Stevens 24/7. :rolleyes:

*Sigh* Well, that's one less reason to watch TDC. I really watched Vault Disney late last year right after my back surgery. It was great (well, the programming & the eventual outcome of the surgery ;) ). I had never watched Spin & Marty, but found out that I liked the MMC shorts. I would love to see a new channel with Vault Disney programming, but doubt that will happen. They could put them on DVD & I'd buy them. I guess the only thing I'll watch now on TDC is Kim Possible. And maybe some of the "old" Disney Afternoon shows (DuckTales, Rescue Rangers, etc.) :( :( :( :(

My kids like the new shows.... but they love the old stuff. Boy are we going to miss those shows... Davy Crockett...Ink & Paint...Mickey Mouse Club. I am 37 and still seeing some of these oldies for the 1st time. I sure hope Disney doesnt toss that stuff by the wayside. I know the saying goes not to rest on your past but Disneys best is from the past. Say it aint so, Joe.

I agree with those who said they've now lost their reason to watch The Disney Channel.
I guess they're pandering to their core audience "tweens".
That's too bad.:(

If anyone has an EMail I'd like to complain as well. I am so sick of Lizzie Maguire I could scream!!!
My DDs are 7 and 10 and they watch Disney channel all the time. That said, last week one of my neighbors said his DD was watching Disney channel in the afternoon and there was a movie with two teens making out!! He said "Brittany, what is that?" and she said "It's OK, it's disney!!" I asked DD#1 which movie that might be (she's seen probably all of them) and she couldn't remember one like that, so maybe my neighbor is nuts, but it has me worried--I also thought I could let them watch that without sitting with them every minute.

Uh Jimmy, you got a VCR? Start taping the shows so you can have your own private collection of Vault Disney episodes.
Anyone know if they are removing this feature from the website???

I know EXACTLY what you mean. Our daughter is 8 and sometimes I look up and I just can't believe what's on. I really don't like the direction that they are going. And if I see ONE MORE episode of Boy Meets World I'm going to spew Pixie Dust.

Anyone have an email address (or better yet a physical address) for someone in charge of programming at the Disney Channel?

:( This is terrible news. I go along with everyone who says that Vault Disney is the only thing worth watching on the Disney Channel. My ds has seen "Zorro" a few times and really likes it. He has also seen "Spin and Marty" and liked that, too. I have often wished that those Vault Disney shows would be on during the day. I know that we would watch them a lot in my house if that were the case.
