THAT I COULD TAKE MY DAUGHTER TO FOR HER 9TH BIRTHDAY?
SOMEPLACE THAT MAKES THEM FEEL SPECIAL AND HAS GOOD FOOD?

I am sorry no one seems to know this. I don't believe that US/IOA has c/m's. I know there are characters all of the property at US and IOA and the do go for visits to the hotels but as far as a meal I'm just not sure. You could try giving your hotel a call directly and checking there. There's also a thread at the top of this main page about characters where to find them if you thumb through that you may get your answer there.

I believe one of the resorts has a character dinner, but I don't recall which one.
