Prayers for friends of family

I am asking for prayers for a young family that we know. The mom is 33 and has been diagnosed with Stage IV Brain Cancer. She has a 6 yr old DD and 1 1/2 twins. She has already gone through breast cancer and was getting info on reconstruction when she started getting really bad headaches. Went into the ER and they found 2 tumors in her brain. Sent her to a specialist and they found 6 tumors. They say she has 1 yr to live. She is not giving up, but they really need prayers.
