Where can I find resales for an add-on of 50-75 pts?

Where can I find a resale for a small purchase of 50-75 pts? We just want to add-on some more, and I'm looking for info to compare resale to direct DVC purchase. We have 170 at BWV and 100 at VWL. Also, you know that magical Beginnings has been changed to just $5 per point? What a joke! :rolleyes:

Call a couple brokers and tell them what you're looking for. Since small add-ons can be hard to find, you'll probably be put on a list that they'll call if and when they come across what you're looking for. I bought two small contracts from The Timeshare Store that way.

As suggested, you'll want to call resale brokers and let them know what you're looking for.

BTW, MB is only available for add-ons of 100 or more points (and yes, the $5 per point is probably NOT worth it.) MB is still $10/pt at VB and HH.

Doc, is the MB for only 100 pts. or more something new? I recently bought less than 100 pts. at VB and did MB on them.

During my add-on discussions this week, my guide talked about this. Until July, you will be able to do MB at VB and HH on contracts of at least 50 points.

VB may have some different incentives still. MB (at WDW/DVC Resorts) has been 100 points minimum , but VB often plays by some different rules. So, the offering you got may well still be available.
