First Solo to WDW

Ok so I am going oct 8-18 and staying at SSR. and I am really super scared going alone cause when I went to DL I was bored being by myself and also riding rides especially TSMM and Buzz alone :( anyone going around this time to meet up or to tag along lol :)

I go many times solo!! I found that if I have my camera and are on a ride with others, (asking first) take their picture telling them they are going to be in my scrapbook as the person I rode _____ with. It really breaks the ice (even with a couple that didn't seak English) and often we see each other in the park throughout the day and say hi. Lots of times they offer to take my picture so I actually have many pictures of myself on solo trips! Next trip I have 3 days solo and 3 days with family, the best of both worlds at the World!! You'll do fine, have fun!

I wish I was going during that time. When I went on my solo trip, I took my IPod to listen to when I was waiting in line. I ended up not using it and just people watching and talking to people in line though. I went in Feb/March so there weren't really any lines.

I understand what you mean though. It is more fun to ride with others, but maybe you will ride with some other singles.....
