The only discount I'm aware of for AP and PAP are thru the new Disney Club,(formerly MKC). It's not a large discount,but it's something.

Only the UMP (10%) and the special ticket they came out with last year for DVC members. Forgot the name. It's good for 5 years..you get 5 days for 4 years. Unused days cannot be carried over.
