I sent my vacation planner back to the Polynesian last week for my November stay, will I get confirmation that they ever received it? :jester:

One of my complaints about Poly concierge was that they never let me know that they received my planning sheet. Also they kept sending me more (I got 4 total) even after I had sent my completed one in. When I called to inquire they were a bit rude, and told me that it would be handled closer to the time of our stay. They never did confirm anything with me, and they messed up 2 of the 3 PS's we had requested. I will NEVER go bact to Poly Concierge because our stay there was bad. I have seen good things posted about them so hopefully you will have better luck.
