I searched (I really did :) ) but I couldn't find a definitive answer for what type of coffee filter I would need for a studio at OKW. Cone shaped or round? I did discover that the machine is a 4 cup but a larger one could be requested (along with a toaster :) ).
Excuse my giddiness--upcoming vacations do that to me.

I *think* you need a round one. The ones I like best are the filters that already have coffee in them, they are so much easier and less messy!

In the Studios at BWV the filter size was Round #4.

we have found that the Maxwell House coffee already in filters works for us. they come in 4/5 cup packages which includes the filter and travel well. :)

Last time we were there, they were round fluted filters as are generally found in most inexpensive coffeemakers. The #4 cone filters seem to be found only in the more expensive coffee makers.
Although the prepackaged coffee filters with coffee in them are convenient, I have yet to find any in which the coffee is any good.
We usually stop at Goodings to buy some of the "good stuff". After all, we're on vacation and it's still a bargain relative to buying it from Disney who, of course, sells only "100% Colombian". :)
We sometimes bring the small vacuum bags of "gourmet" coffee that hold enough for one pot. Those are very good and do not make your luggage smell like coffee.
Enjoy your vacation! I wish that we were going soon, too. WE have to wait until August. :(

You need the round coffee filters.

Just wanted to thank everyone who responded. My husband is a coffee freak and must have his gourmet fix every day. I laugh as I think about him having to *make do* with a Mr. Coffee machine. I personally don't have a problem with it :) .
Thanks again.
