Well its officially over. We are not going to buy that house.

I'm ok and almost relieved to be honest. It was such a headache it would have been really hard to be in there and not feel resentful.

Long story short the first lender that we fired got ticked off and wouldnt give our new lender the paperwork including the appraisal. If he would have done that we would have been able to buy the house. He was a jerk about it and now its over. :(

Now for some major life changes about to happen. James and I are going out tomorrow to spend some time without the kids evaulating what we really want to do. We have to just take a step back and figure things out. We may be moving to Coeur D Alene I really dont know at this point. I could really use your prayers for guidance as we try to figure all of this out.

Anyway, thank you all for all your prayers these last couple of months. I do appreciate them and all of the support you all offered. And to all my house buying buddies, Im still rooting for all of you. We will be buying soon.

If you paid for the appraisal, you own it, not the lender. Other paperwork, they probably had a right to keep.

If it was causing that many problems, maybe it was better not to have gotten it???????? Maybe it would have always caused problems. {{hugs}} as you sort everything out.
