For those of you who have already added on -
I am thinking about adding on when BCV is available. When I bought at Vero, my guide said that in order to will my interest in Vero to my two kids, I should split the purchase of 220 points into two 110 point purchases. At the time, this was not as financially attractive. So . . . if I add on at BCV, will it be a seperate deeded interest with the ability to will seperately. I hope to live to be 82 (in 2042!) but since noone can pick their time, any advice is appreciated!
