Unidentified Image

Do any of you know how to fix a camera or flash card that says "unidentified image"? When I play back pictures on my Canon sx100 camera some of the images are fine and some come up as unidentified image. I put a brand new flashcard in and the same thing happens. Any ideas? Thanks

Is the problem just when you try and view them on your camera? Are you able to transfer the files to your computer?

Do you use that same card in other cameras??? Or are there just other random pictures (from your computer) on the card??? I think I've seen that error in those cases; not using the same camera as you, but a different Canon.

Yes, they seem to upload to the computer fine .
