Disney Movie Rewards question

So! I just rented a bunch of Disney movies from my library that participate in the rewards program and they don't have the little booklet inside. Is there any other place inside the case with the code?

The rewards are for people who buy the movies, not renters ?? And each code can only be used once, is that how it works?

You can only use a code once and yes it is for people who buy the movie. Also, I can't buy the same movie twice and get credit twice during a promo period, but why would you anyway?

My library removes those types of extras from the books and movies. They're intended for the purchaser of the item, so the library may be cashing in the points themselves or offering them to employees or volunteers as perks. I believe the codes are unique, as well, and there may be a problem if codes are entered more than once.
