Hello,
Can anyone tell me, if I take a local bus to Medieval Times (No. 460?), do I need to get off at the Knotts Berry Farm stop, or is there a stop that is closer to Medieval Times? Thank you!!

If you're taking the 460, you don't have to go all the way to the stop for Knott's; either ask the driver to let you off at the closest stop to Medieval Times or use the pull chain on the bus to let the driver know to let you off. The stop for Medieval Times is near the old Wax Museum, IIRC.

Thank you SpaceMermaid; you are very helpful! My kids are telling me now that they think they would rather go to the Pirates Dinner Adventure than Medieval Times (I told them they had to pick one.) Would there also be a 460 bus stop for Pirates that is closer than Knotts? I'm also wondering if you would know this: We are not totally sure which day we want to go to Pirates; if we decide and book it while we are in California, a couple of days ahead of the show, should we be okay, or does this book up pretty solid in the summertime? Thanks again!!

The 460 is an LA-bound bus with limited stops along the way, so there may not be any other stops in the Knott's area. However, both Pirates and Medieval Times are relatively close to Knott's, about a 20 minute walk straight up Beach Blvd.

No problem! I've taken the 460 more times than I can count & am surprised that more people don't use it to get between the 2 parks...it's certainly easy enough, and alot less expensive than a cab or a rental car! IIRC, you'd get off the bus at the same stop as for Medieval Times. There would be some walking involved, but not too far. As jlmarr said, the 460 does go all the way from Disneyland to downtown L.A.. But, the stop across the street from Knott's is for sure not the only one in the area. I know this because I've got off the bus next to the old wax museum & got coffee at the place (think it's a Starbucks but not 100% sure) that's in the round building in the courtyard & then walked the rest of the way to the shopping area at Knott's. :thumbsup2 I can't advise on the Pirates dinner show, as I've never been to it. If it's anything like Medieval Times, I'd say to book in advance just to be sure.
