Last time I used MS, they said the busiest time was Monday morning. The slowest time is Thursday.

1) Monday morning is always the busiest time for MS.
2) Next year Easter is March 30 so you are into the Easter Week bookings for next year.
Just keep trying!

I called first thing this morning (9 am eastern, 8 am central daylight time) and got a busy signal. Tried again at 30 second intervals without success until 5 after. Then I went to the "other" number (1-407-566-3800) and paid for the call myself rather than using the 800-number. I got right through. I used the 800-number without difficulty last Wednesday through Friday (making day-by-day ressies for a standard view at the BWV).
I first saw the suggestion to consider the 407 number when the 800 line if continually busy on this site.

Called at 9:00 on the 800 # and got a busy. Called at 9:00:15 on the toll number (407) and got through immediately to a person. My transaction took about two minutes.

Relax.
You folks should try living where I do (UK). We don't have the privilege of "800" numbers! International calls to member services can be very expensive, especially after being forced to listen to all the adverts, voicemail options and music.
Count your blessings, you privileged Americans!
