19 days of no work…. No worries….
July 25 – August 12 2002
Cast:
Mommy: planner and Disney fan since childhood
Daddy: wonderful husband and father who became a Disney fan after meeting me and now enjoys sharing it with his kids…..Oh yeah…loves being able to go out to eat.
Munchkin: Our lovely 5yr old daughter who wants to be a princess and ballerina
“No I’m Michael”: our fun 3yr old son who does not like nicknames and had to take “Bob the Builder” to meet all the characters.
Background
We were in Disney World right after Thanksgiving of 2001 and stayed at the Contemporary Tower. We had purchased annual passes as we planned on returning in 2002. Mommy’s parents met us for that trip and had so much fun that they decided to join us in 2002 for part of our trip to celebrate their 36yr wedding anniversary. Mommy’s Aunt from Vermont also decided that it would be a lot of fun to spend some time in Disney with her great niece and nephew. With this many of us going we decided to stay at a 2 Bedroom Villa at the Boardwalk. Reservations were made through Dreams Unlimited with Regina, who is always great, and the planning began…And we sure did plan…and plan….and plan…….lots of surprises for the anniversary couple…
As time drew closer a day here and a day there was added to our vacation. About 3 days before our vacation Daddy lost his job. We decided to go on our vacation as planned and worry about it when we got home……
