Meals I can freeze

I am in need of diet heal.

Looking for meals that I can made up on a Sunday night and will freeze for the week. Anyone know if any or where I can find these.

I like to make a large batch of tomato/meat sauce for pasta. I freeze it in baggies and it is easy to pull out and make a batch of fresh pasta. You can put lots of good stuff in it-I use V8 juice too. Serve with a salad too.

Kim - I can freeze just about anything I make, just a matter of wrapping it correctly.

Thanks Liz, I just made up a bunch of chicken, veggies and rice meals to take to work through the week.

I like making veggie chilli. Soups also freeze well too (but they're probably too hot for the summer).
