Help, Own at BW and want to add more points

We currently own at BWV. We want more pts but cannot decide whether to add at WLV or wait for a resale. Is there pro's or con's to either? I understand about use yrs being different (likely) on a resale. That part is not a problem because we almost never use the 11 mo priority. Thanks for your input!

hi: if you really love the bwv's location and have a good rate if you're financing, try for a resale. it seems the resales are fewer and further between and not as inexpensive as only a couple months ago. you may want to get on several of the timeshare brokers' lists because it's been said that most resales don't even hit the web. if you'd like a different "home" atmosphere or need to take advantage of mb and disney financing, buy at vwl. do this before june 3 because the price increases to $75 per point then.

A few people on this board had good luck calling their guide and asking to be put on a waiting list for stray BWV points. Not sure if it's too late, but it may be worth a shot. Good luck. :)
