I use one called Ultimate Direction -Fast Draw Plus - I won it as a prize in a race. I really like it for a couple reasons...the 20 oz bottle it comes with has a unique no leak valve. The other is that I can put any of my 24 /28 oz bicycle water bottles in the holder. You do not have to worry about gripping because it cinches to your hand.

The other unit I would consider purchasing is the Amphipod. It conforms better to you hand but its short fall is a 20 oz capacity and adding ice can be a little tricky.

I have the fast draw bottle, too. I LOVE it! I use in all my races. Plus the little zip pocket is perfect for holding my key and some cash.

I do not use it. I prefer the amphipod fuel belt that I wear low on my hips. I like hands free so I can play camera easier. :)

Thanks..
I ordered the amphipod lite (12 oz). I have the amphipod belt, but don't like the bounce. I just need something for my LR's. Last week I went 7 miles w/out water. I had some sports beans and splashed some water in my face from a neighbors sprinkler.

I have that Amphipod 20 oz and I like it. The wide mouth allows for ice. The pocket holds my keys. I just bought it this year so I haven't put in anything besides a couple of gummies with my keys. Plus I have a SPI belt for my cell and any food.
I also have a Fuel Belt handheld that I believe is 10 oz. For warm (hot) weather short runs around the block. Except I let my bottle with powerade in it and well yuck, it got tossed and I need a new bottle for my holder :) But I really like that one too. My only complaint about that holder is I need to take my house key OFF the ring to fit in the itty bitty pocket.
I just started using my amphipod belt again to carry water for me and my dog so I don't have to juggle a bottle which I did last week.
Having options for hydration :thumbsup2 really really nice ;) Hope you enjoy your Amphipod.

Love my spi belt. I tried putting one of my amphipod bottles on it, but it didn't work.
