Resale Prices are UP

Just looked at 8 OKW resales currently for sale. Prices ranged from 65.50 to 68.00 / point. Just 2-months ago they were more around 63.00 (I bought some more OKW then at that price), and it wasn't that long ago prices were in the 50's.

It'll be interesting to see what happens after June 3rd.

Looks like our original 'investment' keeps growing.

Some time ago, I put my name in with A Timeshare Store to be called if any small contracts with my use year became available. They called yesterday and left a voice mail. A 40 point OKW contract was available. It was sold before I could call back today. Sold for $68/point, plus closing costs of over $300, making the net cost to the buyer about $76/point.

In November of 2000, we just bought resale at OKW for 57.00 a point for 170 pts. Sounds like we got a good deal!

In April 2000 we bought for $52 a point. If we knew we would be this pleased with DVC we would have bought more then! And to think we were going to start off with the bare minimum! Now we don't have enough.
