Hi!
My husband really loves the breakfast buffets. We enjoy Spoodles too.
We thought the food was quite good at Park Faire but The Mad Hatter was a little too mad for us, so early in the morning! http://216.40.241.68/otn/happy/11zwinky.gif

It's just the 2 of us, characters aren't a must but we generally don't mind them either. It was just that mad mad Mad Hatter! http://216.40.241.68/otn/ez/ezpi_shocked.gif

We weren't impressed with Trail's End at Fort Wilderness. Nor the breakfast in the Yacht Club.
I think we did like breakfast at Cape May, but I don't remember characters there so maybe I am mixed up. (It happens!) http://www.uniquehardware.co.uk/server-smilies/otn/confused/shrug03.gif

We get up and out pretty early in the morning. We have a few Disney vacations coming up and could use some advise on new breakfast places.
Hubby has a healthy appetite and isn't very adventurous. I thought we might try O'Hana's. How about breakfast at the Wilderness Lodge? I am afraid that the Animal Kingdom will be too exotic although I know people on here say that it isn't.
Your opinions will be greatly appreciated!

Oops! I meant to put this on the restaurant board and I meant to say we might try Kona's for breakfast, that's the one I have read so much about.

I think that frantic rush to get the Candlelight Procession dinner package has done me in for today.

My husband and I enjoy breakfast at the Whispering Canyon cafe at Fort Wilderness Lodge. It's not a buffet, but there is an all you can eat breakfast which is served in bowls, family style, that is very good. The CMs are friendly and loud and joke with everyone. If you ask for ketchup, they bring about 10 bottles! The bountiful food and fun with the cast is really a nice way to start the day.

We have eaten breakfast at the Kona Cafe.. not a buffet, but decent breakfast.. I do miss the incredible buffet at the Galley at the Yacht Club. I had heard they were reopening it, but am not sure if they have.. that was a great breakfast buffet.

Breakfast buffet at Boma (in the AKL) is quite nice--nothing really exotic about it at all.
Maya Grill over at Coranado Springs has an excelent buffet too, tho not quite as extensive as Boma.
Kona is a great table service spot--we always eat breakfast there on our MK day.
As for Wilderness Lodge--well, if the Mad Hatter got on your nerves, then you might not appreciate a couple of dozen children running around the restaurant on wooden stick horseys --with severs screamiung Yi Ha and Giddy-up!!, while banging their seving carts on the floor. That--and the nearly raw eggs--finished WL as a future bkfst spot for us.

Kona is our favorite breakfast spot with Spoodles coming in a close second!
