when to arrange for paid housekeeping?

We are staying in BCV 2 bedroom for my sisters upcoming wedding.(first DVC trip)
The cosmetologists, photographer etc. are coming to BCV rather than my sisters hotel room. I figured there would be more room for us.
Anyway, on the day of the wedding, since my sister will be getting ready at BCV, I want early housekeeping- the paid service so they will make the beds etc.
Do I arrange this upon check in and will they guarantee that someone will be there first thing?

yes you can arrange it with the front desk - but even then I would call housekeeping and make sure they understand why and when you need it. - besides they may have some good suggestion for better pictures - better locations and things - I have found housekeeping to be great!!!

Ditto to the above. Moreover, even if you arrange when you arrive, call housekeeping early during the morning that you need the cleaning to remind them of the need for early cleaning . We have found in the past that sometimes they forget and have to be reminded on the day you wan a cleaning.

If your sister is doing a Fairy Tale Wedding, you might ask her Wedding Coordinator (Franck! :) ) to make a call as well, to emphasize the importance of the timing. From what I understand, those folks are FABULOUSLY helpful for exactly this kind of small detail.
