BWV Room Request Procedure

Can anyone tell me how I can fax a room request to BWV? We will be arriving on Sat. the 24th. Also when should I fax the request and what should it say?

I would like to get a Boardwalk (EPCOT) view, I have a 2 bedroom preferred view.

Did you put your request on your reservation with member services? That's what is needed. They assign the rooms by date of reservation. So if there are more people requesting Boardwalk views than they have rooms (which is likely), they go by date of reservation. You can send a fax, but it probably will not make a difference. You may want to list an alternate location if Boardwalk view is not available. Don't get your hopes up - I made a reservation right at 11 months for a Boardwalk view and didn't get it. It all depends on how many people check-out that day for your type of room. Good Luck!
