Do people dress up for Villans Night?

We are on the WBTA in Sept and don't know if people dress for villans night or not. Is it like Pirate night?:confused3

Noone really knows yet, it's a really new theme they're doing. I understand a few people have been dressing up, but mostly just using the masks they make during the day at the mask-making event they have onboard that day.

I think, given enough time, it will be a full blown dress-up event.
