I know you can't get phone calls on them :rotfl: , but I was wondering what the photo and video quality were like. I was thinking of making the switch before our next trip so that I did not have to lug all my camera and video equipment with me (we usually drive to WDW , but are flying this year).

I'm enjoying mine so far. And, by the way, haven't had any reception problems. I can't even get it to drop the bars like everyone says.

As for the video, have you seen this:

I plan on just carrying the iPhone for video. I'm looking forward to being able to shoot, edit, and share while still in the parks.

Here is a video that I shot and edited on my iPhone 4 during last weeks Electrical Parade.

A couple of recommendations.

Make sure your Iphone battery is fully charged and bring a portable battery charger with you. They tend to run out fairly quickly.

For video, try to set the phone down on something stable when you're shooting if you can as there tends to be a lot of "shake" when handheld.

Thanks. I was shooting stills on a tripod when I remembered I could shoot video on my phone. One hand on the remote shutter and the other on the phone.
